Newer, model townhome situated in the quiet & quaint Country Club of Oxford, built in 2016. Only 2 miles to the Square & 3 miles to the Grove. Featuring an upper level unit with spacious great room open to kitchen and dining area. Kitchen offers stainless appliances, granite and all of the necessities for cooking & entertaining at home. Three generously sized bedrooms with a king in the primary bedroom and queen sized beds in the secondary bedrooms. Also includes 3 full bathrooms and a separate, private laundry room. Beautifully maintained and a comfortable living space with all of the amenities. Oxford at it's finest!
To ensure your safety, we are taking great care to ensure enhanced cleaning from top to bottom, including door handles, switches, etc. Laundry is washed at high temperatures and we are enforcing vacant slots between stays.

Summary: Beautiful property with all the comforts of home. So much better than staying in a hotel. Close to the Square and the university. We’d definitely stay there again and owner was great with communication before, during and on day of check out.
